Minority and Women’s Coalition is an umbrella organization providing unity among disadvantaged businesses in the construction industry. The organization did not have any unifying presence or imagery. It was important to embody masculine and feminine within this brand design as well as incorporate strong geometry as a nod to blueprint and architectural design.
